From Shetland and Orkney, the Moray Firth Coast and the West coast of Scotland we export only the finest and best quality lobster, crab, cray fish, winkles and prawns.The shellfish is transported, live, by our own Temperature Controlled Vivier Lorries and in boxes by outside transport where possible. Our current export markets are France, Spain, Portugal and Sweden.
